I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless The Bull and Lamb Tattoo Studio, the Artists and all affiliates, Owners, Managers and Employees from any and all claims, damages or legal actions arising from or connected in any way with my tattoo/piercing, or the procedure and conduct used in my performing my tattoo/piercing, to the fullest extent allowed by the law.

I fully undestand that this is a learning opportunity and my tattoo may not turn ot pefect. However our professional artists never leave unhappy customers.
